Contribution: Entire EPM² product design. Drive the direction of UI/UX.
About: SaaS EPM (budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting, BI) is the key to company’s success in today’s fast-pace and highly competitive business environment. EPM² is going to be a new Silicon Valley based B2B startup product, which is a combination of SaaS, PaaS, App, mobile, and collaboration architecture hosting on cloud. As the head of design in the funding team, I work closely together with our development team members and business analytics team members by providing intuitive user experience design and high quality visual design from pencils to pixels. We aim to launch this product in late 2018.

Adaptive Insights has 3500 customers globally with full suite of products and easy to use and implementation, but has architectural and scalability issues – mainly for mid-size ﬁrms.
Anaplan has 600 customers globally and is powerful and scalable – mainly for large companies, but also has architectural issue and is diﬃcult to use and implement.
Traditional on-premise EPM – Oracle Hyperion, IBM Cognos TM1 and SAP BPC try to move into the SaaS space.
There are no key SaaS EPM players in China yet, Kingdee and Yonyou have no SaaS EPM product.
